Hi, I'm Marina – founder of Gold Leo LLC. After more than a decade working across HR, finance, administration, and marketing, I realized my true passion lies in helping visionary solopreneurs, creatives and coaches find clarity and structure amidst the chaos of running a business.

With a background that spans a BA in Corporate Communication (USI Lugano), an MSc in Strategic Marketing (Cranfield School of Management), and certifications in Process Optimization and Social Psychology, I bring both analytical thinking and human insight to every project. Fluent in Italian, German, and English (and conversational in French), I’ve worked in fast-paced, international environments where adaptability and systems-thinking are key.
